About

I am a Stay at Home Mom with a love for the cuddly things in life! I have three beautiful children who encourage me to sew!

My name is Becky Badder! I am a Super Mom of three beautiful babies! I sometimes feel I am the luckiest Mom in the world. When my first child was born it was a long ,stressful, horrendous ordeal. I went through 2 long days of labor before an Emergency C-section. I was shortly after transferred to the ICU where I was unable to breastfeed or even hold my new baby. It was very difficult for me to deal with and I harbored a lot of guilt for a long time. I ended up staying in the hospital for 12 days unsure if I would be leaving. After a blood transfusion, a seizure, blood clots in my lungs, pneumonia and a lot of medicine I was finally able to leave. The worst was yet to come. I spent the next 4 years battling severe anxiety and PTSD and going through a divorce and Surprise I ended up becoming pregnant again. My second child brought on a ton more stress and anxiety! Was it going to kill me this time? But when she was born I realized how much I could overcome. I started to break down the barriers of my anxiety. Just 4 months ago I had my 3rd and last child. I have a supportive husband and I am completely demolishing my anxiety now! Nothing can stop me! What does this have to do with anything, I'm sure you're asking now? Well, I breastfed each of my children, and still am breastfeeding my third. My girls both fed for a year each and that is my goal with my son as well. BUT breastfeeding has become a huge hot button topic. When I fed my first I ALWAYS used a cover. I was nervous in public. And let me tell you it was always too hot! Or I couldn't see her face, or I couldn't get her to latch without the blanket falling off. I eventually was able to just throw in the towel and feed openly in public. But it took quite some time to get there. I want to give Mothers another option! I want us to regard a woman's choice to feed her child in the highest form, no matter what she chooses! Let us, as women raise each other up and help each other regardless of whether they choose to openly feed, feed using a cover, pump and feed or formula feed! Let's have healthy babies first and foremost! But if you decide to cover or feel more comfortable covered don't use a heavy blanket. Give the Breastfeeding Veil a go. It's light weight and airy, great for outdoors to keep pesky bugs away, and best of all keep eye contact with baby and be hands free to latch as needed! Don't forget I also offer embroidery and cute custom baby clothes! All from The Camellia City of Quitman Georgia! I wish the best to all Mommies out there and if there is anything I can do for you feel free to message me! I would love to answer any questions you have or just say hello! Now take a look around and I hope you enjoy!
