We ship US and International shipments via Canada Post within 1-2 business days from your order.

These tools are designed for the purposes as indicated on the item listing page and any misuse of these products is strictly at the customers own risk. Ronin Energetics Inc. will not be held liable for such negligence in any form.

G10 and Carbon Fiber are common knife handle materials and can be polished or oiled at any time to deepen color using common fiberglass finishing compounds such as "WD-40" or “Gel-Gloss”. If sanding is part of your touch-up process, please remember to protect yourself and wear a respirator to screen the dust.

We take pride in individually manufacturing 100% of our items here in our Canadian shop and every unit is hand finished and inspected to ensure high levels of quality. However, due to the hand-finishing process, units may sometimes have very small nicks on their edges. We attempt to screen as many imperfect units as possible in our finishing process so that what you see on the listing is what you get.

Items damaged badly in transit that do not fall under the minor imperfections mentioned above can be replaced. In the event your item arrives damages, please notify us immediately and provide a photo and description of the damage.

Please note that we are not responsible for errors made or packages lost by the post office. If your package has not been received within 4 weeks (North America) and 6 weeks (international) of receiving your shipment notification, please contact us through Etsy and we will work to make sure the situation is resolved to your satisfaction! Thanks for your patience!

Currently our processing time is 1-2 business days for regular orders as well as for custom orders.

Please indicate clearly what text you wish engraved on your applicable item. We will spell only as indicated. We engrave up to a maximum of 20 characters on 1 line including spaces. If your specified engraving exceeds the above requirements, we will not be able to process the order until we are able to contact you to rectify. Engraving is single sided only and at this time we only offer text engraving in the given listings specified font options.
