1 na 5 gwiazdekIl prodotto è arrivato dopo due settimane di attesa, il giubbotto risulta molto largo e di dimensioni più grandi rispetto alle taglie indicate dal sito. Ho fatto richiesta di sostituire l'articolo ma passati i 7 giorni per effettuare il reso (ne sono passati 9) non mi hanno saputo aiutare e ora mi ritrovo con un giubbotto pagato caro e di qualità scadente sconsiglio a tutti di ordinare da questo sito

Thank you for your feedback. The jacket was made and shipped in the Small (S) size selected, based on the size chart provided on the listing. The order was delivered on 16 January 2026. Our shop has a clearly stated 7-day return policy, and the exchange request was made after this period had passed. We still requested the item be returned through Etsy’s official process, but no return shipment was initiated. We stand by the quality of our handcrafted leather products.
