5 out of 5 starsI lost my beloved Rottweiler, Cinna, right before Christmas 2022 and I wanted to find a piece of jewelry I could use to carry some of his ashes with me. I found RubyBlueCo on Etsy and ordered the Pet Urn necklace. I received my necklace yesterday and I'm very impressed with the quality of the jewelry. The crystal is solid and substantial without being too heavy and the metal fixtures are secure. It was easy to use the little funnel to fill the urn with ashes and the screw top fastens firmly with no fear that it might come undone. The chain is good quality and can be set to two different lengths. The entire thing comes in a very high quality little pouch closed with a snap and the shop owner includes a personal message (I assume with each purchase). I would definitely recommend this shop and order from them again.

5 out of 5 starsThe seller was genuinely sweet and caring. She made this purchase all the more special by her kindness. I got this for my nana and now I wear it nearly every day. I love the weight of it and the chain is beautiful. A lot of the time I’ll buy something and genuinely have to toss the chain away because it’s cheap and flimsy. But this is the first chain I’ve actually really like. Might have to message her and ask if I can buy some individual chains from her! 😊

5 out of 5 starsThe urn arrived really fast, and it’s gorgeous. The only thing for me is that I’m a very small woman and the chain is really long. Didn’t take that into account when ordering.

My little girl in my home office checking out the tools I use to make some of the Ruby Blue Cojewellery.
Jewels inspired by the Toronto beach neighbourhood.
My family and I live in the Beach community in Toronto, Canada. Almost every day we head down to the lake and collect some of nature’s wonders at the beach. We collect anything and everything - sea glass, driftwood, interesting stones and other recycled materials. Once we bring these goodies home, I clean and treat them accordingly. And then, it’s one of the best parts of my day - design time!
I’m a jewellery designer with over 20 years of experience, currently creating in my home studio. I am proud to live an eco-friendly lifestyle to my best ability and I try to make my jewellery in an eco-friendly manner; from the materials to my packaging.
Thank you for reading about my journey and for your interest in my jewels. May your heart be filled with joy and peace.
Cheers,
Shah
