Can I customize any listing?

What material do you use and how concerned are you about the environment?
We use FSC certified pine for our signage and letter tiles which means our materials are sourced in a way to promote responsible management of the world’s forests. We pride ourselves on offering the lightest, most durable rustic materials, finished with ecologically friendly colouring and finishing agents whenever possible. Our leatherette product tags are cruelty-free so you can feel good about our commitment to animal rights.

Can I pick up my order instead of pay shipping if I live close by?
If you're ordering from close to our workshop in New Tecumseth, Ontario, please use coupon code: NOSHIP on your order and message us to co-ordinate a pick up/drop off location with you. Our workshop is not open to the public for drop-ins and we do not have a storefront.
How do I go about returning an item?
You can send your return back to us via the United States Postal Service or Canada Post. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept returns via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL or others and if brokerage fees are incurred due to your shipping company choice, we deduct this cost from the refund amount.
My item was damaged in the mail. Will you help me?
While rare, sometimes the postal service damages an item in the mail. If your item is damaged when it arrives simply send us a picture on the day it was delivered and we'll remake your item. Our offer to remake an item must be accepted within 5 business days of our original offer.
My item was lost in the mail.
Unfortunately, buyers occasionally take advantage of Etsy sellers by claiming to not have received their item in an effort to receive a remake at the shop's cost. Items lost in the mail are the responsibility of the mail service. We use tracking on the majority of our items and use this system to ensure your item reaches you. If an item is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office for more information.
Covid-19 Shipping Information
Shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed by our shippers or our shop. You may contact us to request a custom quote for upgraded shipping if you are concerned about delivery. Delays vary from region to region based on the postal services response to the pandemic and change daily without updates from our shipping providers. Items that do not arrive in time for your event, regardless of when you order, are not eligible for a refund for that reason specifically. You can google "is the service down, [Shipping Provider] in [State or Province]" for more information from external sites.
