💬 How I Got Started – My Why
Hi, I’m Angela — a Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare.

SOAPNote Pro™ was born out of late nights, overloaded schedules, and the constant pressure of keeping up with charting during telehealth visits. As a provider, I knew the frustration of wanting to deliver great care while feeling buried under documentation.

One day, I thought: What if we had plug-and-play templates that were actually smart, efficient, and usable in real-world virtual care?
So I created them.

Now, I design and share the same SOAP note templates I use in practice — professionally written, clinically sound, and editable in minutes. I’m inspired by the hard-working NPs, PAs, MDs, and telehealth heroes who just need solid tools that work fast.

Every template is created with care, clinical know-how, and a little dose of “I get it.”
