My current turn around time is 2-3 weeks BEFORE items ship! If you need an item sooner, there is a rush fee of $15, please message me so I can create a new listing for you with the additional price. Please understand that once the items are in the hands of USPS, I have no control over how fast the packages move.

Refunds/Cancellation:

REFUNDS- I do NOT give refunds unless an item is received broken in the mail and you keep the packaging so that I can file a claim with USPS.
I will not refund due to an item taking longer to get to you than anticipated. I ship all orders on time according to my 2-3 week turn around time. Once the package is in the hands of USPS, I have zero control over the time it takes to get to you. While I do understand that shipping times can be frustrating, I cannot afford to refund when your item is on its way to you. I am then out the time and effort it took to make the item, not getting paid for the item, and you are getting a free banner when it finally does arrive.

CANCELLATIONS- Once you have ordered, you have 24 hours to contact me to cancel your order. After 24 hours, I will not cancel the order. Each of my door hangers are made to order. Meaning, I do not cut the door hangers ahead of time. They are cut as they are ordered. So if you cancel your order, I’m stuck with a cut door hanger. Each one is cut and painted by me and each one is custom. No two are identical. Therefore, no cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.
