What is your Returns & Refunds policy?
All items are made to order for you, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 30 days of receipt (or estimated delivery date for lost packages) with photos of the issue and your order number. I will work with my fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you! Etsy’s Purchase Protection may also apply in qualifying cases.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time is typically 2–7 business days (varies by product), plus shipping (3–10 business days domestic, longer internationally). You’ll receive tracking info once it ships. Delays can happen during peak seasons—thank you for your patience!
What if my print arrives damaged or there's a quality issue?
I'm so sorry if that happens! Please send me clear photos of the damage/packaging and your order details within 30 days. I'll submit a claim and get you a reprint or refund processed quickly (Printful covers fulfillment errors like this). Thank you for understanding!
Do you offer digital downloads?
Currently, all listings are for physical art prints. If I add digital download options in the future (high-resolution files for instant access and self-printing), they’ll be clearly marked as “Digital Download” with no physical item shipped. Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded.
