Since I'm currently selling original embroideries only, I won't be able to send you an exact replica or print if your purchase is lost or damaged in the mail. I will, however, make you something new and similar (or new and different, if you'd like!).
Delivery
Packages sent outside Canada will have no tracking number and arrive via regular air mail for my listed international shipping price. If you require tracking/a registered package/speedy delivery, contact me before you place your order to discuss shipping options! As always, if there are any issues with the order, I can give you a refund or make you something new.

My current processing time for shipment is set to 3-5 business days because I can only make it to the post office on the weekend (damn this day job). If you need your order faster, contact me and we can discuss charging a little extra to expedite.
