Judith was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I sent her all of the information I was looking to have done and she responded with different options to choose from. Every time I sent her a message, she responded within a few hours, if not immediately. She was in constant contact with me to make sure I was satisfied with every detail about our transaction. The shipment was sent on time and arrived quickly. It was package up very neatly and the pillow looks amazing. It is very good quality and the print is exceptional. I bought this pillow cover for my wife to celebrate our anniversary and my wife was very happy. It is displayed the pillow at our front entrance. Thank you.

The only hitch was that it took nearly two months to arrive here in the UK, but the creator, Judith, was very cooperative and kept me updated on the situation - offering a re-ship and refund if I desired.
Very happy with the item and the customer service.
