Contacted seller on 12/26 notifying of misprint and seller said a replacement would be sent asap. 1/14 still had not received new item, inquired with seller and got an automated response. 6 weeks later still haven’t received replacement so I filed a “need help” request and seller now is asking for me to send back original before getting a new one with correct wording. Item has since been washed because seller never asked for the misprinted one to be returned and is now refusing to replace. If seller had asked for item to be returned on 12/28 when she responded to my original message, I would have gladly returned unwashed item. Seller told me she would replace and basically forgot to make a new one and only after I contacted seller 3 times, it’s now my fault. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

key word: item has since been washed. Most shopping places do not take returns on washed clothes once again return policy notes we do not accept used or washed item. Please understand this is not how anyone takes returns and you filed an etsy complaint and Etsy also agreed YOU CAN NOT RETURN USED OR WASHED ITEMS! Please stop harrasing!!! This is not how we do business.

2 de 5 estrellasPrint quality was good. Sweatshirt was very skinny in the torso with very long arms and shrunk at least one size. For the price it should have been printed on a better quality sweatshirt from a more reputable brand.
