Seller never replied to my questions, I never received the item on time, and seller never replied to my request to cancel my order due to it not being delivered on time. I will be filing a complaint with Etsy.

I didn't receive the item and the seller didn't respond to my inquiries. Ended put a case in with Etsy and they refunded my money.

I ordered this item, paid for it and it was to be delivered by the 8th. The 8th came and went so I messaged the seller and she stated it would be shipped out that weekend (9th). I get it’s busy around the holidays so I was okay no problem. By Thursday of that week there was still no moment on the item. I reached back out and got no reply. I allowed for another 2 days to pass and then contacted Etsy and they refunded my money. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift so now on the hunt for something else.

Never was even shipped and no response to my message.

USPS apparently “lost” my original order, but when I contacted the seller she immediately said she would make another pair of earrings and ship them ASAP. I cannot thank her enough for her willingness to get these earrings to me a second time! Cannot wait to get them!

This is such a fun ornament. It looks just like the picture and is a nice quality. We had a little hiccup with shipping but the seller was great to work with and it all worked out in the end :-)
