I wrote to her because I wanted a longer phrase than what was in the sample photos, and she advised me on which necklaces would work best with what I wanted and even changed her usual engraving direction to better accommodate my message. I couldn’t be happier. ❤️

Returns & Cancellations
Personalized Items: Since all our items are personalized and made-to-order, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Under EU and UK consumer law, personalized and made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period).
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders arrive gift-wrapped. Your items are securely wrapped in tissue paper and sealed in a plastic zip bag, then placed inside a traditional Korean fabric bag, ready for gift-giving. We use recyclable PE (polyethylene) bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.
Jewelry care tips
Avoid dust, moisture, and direct sunlight to prevent tarnishing or discoloration. Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, or sleeping. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft cloth and store it in an individual pouch. Use only mild cleaners when cleaning your jewelry.
Stainless steel jewelry in its original, unplated color requires minimal maintenance, but it may still scratch. We recommend wiping it with a soft cloth after wear and storing it separately to maintain its finish.
