Q: How do I access my digital files?

Once your payment is confirmed, files are available immediately under 'Purchases and Reviews' in your Etsy account. Please note: You must use a web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) to download, as the Etsy App does not currently support digital downloads.

Q: What paper should I use for printing?

For the best results, I recommend using heavy cardstock (60lb to 110lb) or high-quality matte paper. If you use markers or watercolors, ensure the paper is specifically designed for wet media to prevent bleeding.

Q: Can I use these for digital coloring (iPad/Procreate)?

Absolutely! You can import the PDF files directly into Procreate, Goodnotes, or any digital art app. I recommend importing the file as a separate layer and setting the blending mode to 'Multiply' to keep the lines visible while coloring underneath.

Q: I can't find my download email. What should I do?

First, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you checked out as a 'Guest', Etsy will send the link to the email used during purchase. If you still can't find it, message me with your order number and I’ll send the files directly to you.

Q: How are the illustrations created?

At Selifu Creative, we blend art with technology. I use a proprietary software application, developed by myself, that leverages artificial intelligence to assist in the design process. However, the human touch is irreplaceable: every single page is personally curated, edited, and refined to ensure clean lines, no glitches, and a perfect coloring experience. It's the best of both worlds!
