Welcome to my shop! I’m Riley, an Arizona licensed physical therapist with a passion for creating handmade, high-quality crochet items. I opened my shop for the first time while living in Kansas City, during a busy season of pursuing my doctorate in physical therapy. That city is where I took the leap to open Kansas City Thread Co. and it will always hold a special place in my story.
After moving to Arizona, my work and inspiration shifted. I found myself drawn to natural textures, warm tones, and the feeling of sunlight in a cozy space, which led to the evolution of my brand today: Sol Thread Co. The name reflects this new season which is rooted in slow craft, intention, and little joys - like the warmth of the sun.
My crochet journey began as a creative outlet and quickly grew into a way to share my love for handmade goods with others. Each item in my shop is crafted with care and precision, and I pride myself on creating cozy, one of a kind pieces that are built to last.
