Custom and personalized orders
Silver Cross have a small manufacture, we have our own shop and wholesale customers. Since we have many orders, we do not produce products according to individual sketches or sketches.
Care instructions
Do not keep the silverware in the sun; do not leave on the shelf next to cosmetics. We advise you to store jewelry in packages of zip-lock. If you want to clean the product, you need to lower the jewelry in the soapy water, wipe with a cloth, rinse under running water and dry with a hairdryer.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We can offer you gift packaging. We carefully pack each product before shipping.
Wholesale availability
I can work with wholesale buyers only in small batches of 10-15 pieces. Unfortunately it is very difficult to send large batches to other countries from Ukraine. If you are ready to come to Ukraine for a big deal, I will be glad to meet you and cooperate.
Conditions of return
NO returns are accepted for dislike of colour or change of mind, as a general rule ….
BUT, please contact us with any questions if you are unsure.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it unused and in its original condition for a refund, anyhow the shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned within two weeks of receipt, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
International shipping
To my international clients, PLEASE review the information regarding international shipping. Depending upon your choice of shipping method and destination country, it can take as much as 15+ days to receive your purchase after I have shipped your package.
