What is your ETA?

I ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment):
• US First Class: 1–5 business days
• US Priority: 1–3 business days
• Canada: about 7–14 business days

Processing Time:
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
During busy seasons, processing may take up to 2–4 business days.
Each piece is handmade to order.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted on necklaces and bracelets.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to request a return. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are for the item price only (shipping is non-refundable).

Conditions of return:
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Items must be returned in original condition
• If an item is returned worn, damaged, or not in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value

Due to sanitary reasons, earrings are final sale and not eligible for return.

Missing Parts for Returns
If an item is returned without all original parts (example: missing pendant or chain), only a partial refund will be issued.

Do you offer large order discounts / Wholesale Orders?

Yes, please contact me with the quantity you are looking to purchase and the discount available.

For Bridal orders, I offer free bridal packaging. At checkout in the "Note to Seller" section leave the names of your bridesmaids and/or anyone else you are gifting to in your bridal party.

What personalization details should I include + where do I leave them?

At checkout, please leave your personalization details in the “Personalization” box or order notes. Include the letters, font choice, numbers/symbols (if applicable), and placement instructions. The most common detail customers forget is the font - so please be sure to include it!
All notes are reviewed carefully, and I will message you if anything is unclear.

Care instructions

Vermeil Pieces:
Keep away from water, lotions, and perfume. Always apply perfume or lotion before putting jewelry on. With proper care, your pieces will stay beautiful for years!

Gold-Filled Pieces:
Gold-filled jewelry is made for everyday wear and is very durable. Occasional swimming and everyday life is totally fine - just be mindful of prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water, perfume, and lotions. For best results, rinse with clean water and gently dry after swimming to keep your piece looking its best.

Shipping Issues: Wrong Address + Delivered But Not Received

I ship to the address provided at checkout through Etsy, so please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, message me ASAP and I’ll do my best to update it before your order ships. Once shipped, I’m unable to change the address.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I’m happy to reship it once it’s returned (reshipping fees may apply).

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Simple Little Things Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Repairs, Re-Sizing, & Damaged Items

If you receive your order and need your chain made longer or shorter, I’m happy to help! Please note: unless there was an error on my end, a small fee may apply to cover materials, time, and shipping/postage.

If your item arrives damaged, please message me within 30 days of delivery and include a photo. I will gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the damage was caused by a shop error.

If jewelry is damaged due to wear, accidental breakage, or mishandling and you’d like a repair, I’m happy to help when possible. In these cases, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to the shop and return shipping back to the customer.
