Cute teddy bear dolly patterns and supplies

West Vancouver, British Columbia

Announcement    Hi everyone! I am very excited to introduce you to Little Teddy - the 5th teddy dolly to join the Little Friends line of patterns. Little Teddy is 6 1/4" (16cm) tall and comes with full tutorial style instructions and colour photos. Patterns for a basic dress, a gathered dress, overalls, and even little felt slip-on shoes are included. (The clothes also fit Matilda, Lucky, and Kittie!)

I just love Little Teddy and I hope you do too!

What are you sewing these days? I am currently making a larger sized Flopsy and a smaller Flopsy bunny to make a mommy and baby bunny for Mother's Day! It is very easy to enlarge or reduce my patterns on a photocopier to make a variety of sizes to suit. For Father's Day, I plan to finish the Lucky the elephant family I started last year. Ha ha, there are always more projects in my mind than I can finish. Oh well, it's fun to have a passion that I enjoy so much. These little dollies are addictive!!

Btw, YES you can make teddy dollies to sell. It makes me so happy when people enjoy using my patterns and make dollies to spread joy! All I ask is that you include my name in your write-up such as: teddy dolly made by artist (your name) from (insert name of pattern) designed by Jean Paccagnan from sotreasured.com, something like that. (*To clarify: the patterns themselves are copyright protected and cannot be sold by anyone but me. However, the physical dolls made from them can be sold by you as long as you credit the pattern design to me and you're not producing the physical dollies as a part of a large scale commercial production.)

The Spring Newsletter has been sent out! It has the most adorable little hat in it! Sign up on the home page at sotreasured.com to get on my private mailing list and receive the free newsletters!

Also, have you had a chance to view my first few teddy bear doll making videos on my new YouTube channel? I hope you enjoyed them! (Just click on the YouTube icon at the bottom of my sotreasured.com home page.) I added some short videos about "jointing methods" in case you've always wanted to make a jointed teddy dolly! It's so easy and so much fun!!

I hope you'll continue to stay connected and inspired by not only visiting my Instagram @whatsmatildawearing and my blog at sotreasured.com but also my "So Treasured by Jean Paccagnan" account on Pinterest for more fun pictures. Links are provided on my website at sotreasured.com. Please contact me if you have any questions at all. Many hugs and happy sewing! Jean xo

Sotreasured Shop Story

Hi, my name is Jean Paccagnan. I am a teacher and a creator. I grew up in western Canada and now I live in beautiful British Columbia. I became a kindergarten teacher because I love children. All my life I have also loved to make things with my hands. In 2002, I wrote my first book called "Felted Treasures" to share my love of needle felting. Before needle felting came into my life, I made quilts, designed a line of teddy bear patterns, and taught teddy bear making classes. Now that my two sons are grown, I am back designing a new line of patterns to share once again. I am excited to present my 6" Matilda bunny pattern, my 6" Lucky elephant pattern, my 6" Kittie the cat pattern, my 6 1/2" Flopsy bunny pattern, and my newest 6" Little Teddy pattern on Etsy! I believe that being creative is essential to life. I look forward to sharing more with you. Hugs, Jean  xo
