Announcement    Thank you to all of our customers for their continued support for all these years. With a new year comes new changes to our Etsy shop. In 2024 Canada Post made changes to their policies that will affect how we process shipments going forward.

Starting on January 27th 2024 we will no longer be offering letter mail shipments to the United States, as Canada Post/USPS will be rejecting any socks shipped via letter mail. As a result of this we have had to stop all letter mail shipments and have set our shipping settings to use calculated shipping. What this means is that when you make a purchase, you will be charged exactly what we are charged to ship your order.

For our Canadian customers; if you are still interested in having your shipment sent to you using letter mail, please contact us prior to your purchase so that we can setup a listing for you without the calculated shipping.

Sizing details

All of our current socks are mens size 7-11. That being said they are sized almost the same as ladies size 4-10.

Wholesale availability

We are more than happy to discuss wholesale options with anyone who is interested. We currently work with a local store to our area who does wholesale orders with us. If you are interested in a wholesale purchase, please reach out to us and let us know what you are looking for.

** Please Note **
Bulk/Wholesale orders (orders of 15 or more pairs) can not be returned for a refund. We will consider a cancellation of wholesale orders if the order has not yet been started and none of the materials have been processed.

Care instructions

Washing instructions will be included with all purchases but for those interested in knowing in advance:

- Turn garment inside out.
- Machine wash COLD with mild detergent.
- No bleach, no fabric softener.
- Dry at a normal setting.
- Do not dry clean.
- Instructions apply to the design only, please follow garment washing instructions as well.

Refund requests

All requests for refund will be addressed within 72 business hours of the request being received.

Returned Shipments

Any shipments that are returned to us, where there is a charge for the returned shipment, will be refunded (less the returned shipment charge). This typically applies to large sized orders, as most small packets would not incur a charge for being returned to sender.

Custom and personalised orders

We do offer and accept requests for custom/personalized orders but the details of any request must be made prior to completing a purchase. We simply ask that you contact us prior to making any purchase, so that we can advise you if your request is possible and provide you with the estimated time for availability.

If a purchase is made and the request is put in the order notes, the request will be disregarded and the order will be either shipped as the listing shows or refunded/cancelled with notes explaining why. In the past we have allowed custom requests to be placed in the notes but given our current volume of orders, we can no longer handle custom requests in this manner.

Tracking

Tracking is not automatically included on any order, though is some instances it may be included as part of your purchase. In the past Canadian shipments would typically have tracking when there are 3 or more pairs purchased. Due to the recent change in shipping costs, it is likely tracking would not be included until after 6 pairs (as of March 2019). Shipments to the United States will typically include tracking when there are 6 or more pairs purchased. International orders (outside North America) may include tracking after 25 pairs or purchased, but any tracking details will be discussed with the purchaser prior to shipping.

Shipping Methods In Canada

Canada Post changed postal rates in early 2019 and as a result is forcing us to change. We do not want to raise prices for shipping, so we won't. Instead we are going to change how we ship orders within Canada!

Effective April 2019 our shipping prices will be adjusted (not increased), to match our new shipping process.

Shipments within Canada may be broken into multiple shipments to fit in line with these shipping costs. For example, 3 pairs within Ontario may still be shipped as a parcel but 2 pairs going out west may be shipped as 2 "lettermail" shipments instead of 1 parcel. This change will affect tracking numbers, so if you require tracking on your order, please ensure you add that option on during checkout!
