Please lay out the prints flat after you receive them. Larger prints that ship rolled up in mailing tubes, may need about 24 hours to straighten out before you frame them.

I also recommend that after framing, the artwork not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Even with inkjet printing on art quality paper, long term exposure to direct sunlight may cause discoloration over time.

I do not accept return of artwork.
If you would like to exchange it for another item from my shop, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and state for exchanges to be processed.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the custom nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept exchanges for:

All my orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days.
All my large prints, canvas prints and stretched canvas prints are custom printed to order and the printing time varies between 48 hours to 5 business days depending on the nature and size of the artwork.
If I anticipate any delays, I reach out to the buyer directly, through the email provided with the order.

Due to the ongoing COVID 19 Global pandemic, processing and shipping times vary greatly from one area to another and is dependant on the mail carrier service of the buyer's country.

The favourite part of my work, is seeing my art up in your homes. Seeing pictures of my art in your homes, how you make it your own, is a very special and humbling feeling.
