We ship to Canada, USA, Australia, Newzealand, Japan, and most European countries
Are these items already made and ready to ship?
Some items are ready to ship, some are made to order. Normally, take 1-4 weeks to be ready, but we're always doing our best to ship them as sooner as possible. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Can I come to pick up the item?
Yes, absolutely, you can come to our shop located in Mississauga. And we offer pickup discount on some of our products, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Where are your products made?
All our products are made or handcrafted in our shop, located in Mississauga Ontario Canada. We only use high quality materials that are certified or meet Canadian regulations.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes, we do custom sizes, and we did a lot of high quality custom pieces, many are return customers. Please contact us and provide the details of your custom piece, such as design style, dimensions, finish color, wood preference etc. If you have an inspired picture or a drawing, it can help a lot. We also need your shipping country, zip/postal code for the shipping cost.
What is the quality of your paint finishes?
Most of our solid color finishes are high-quality lacquer finish, which is a glamorous high-end finish. It's beautiful and smooth, touches and feels great in hands, will not have ugly assembly gaps. Unlike the cheap laminate materials, this finish gives you a much better value and is easy to clean will not peel off. It cost a bit more, but you will enjoy the quality much more.
Are your listing prices include Canadian taxes?
If your shipping address is located in Canadian provinces where pay HST, our listing price includes the HST, you DO NOT need to pay the HST.
In Canadian provinces where pay GST+PST(QST), our listing price includes the GST, you ONLY need to pay the PST (or QST).
