4 out of 5 starsFile workerd perfect i only gave it one star less because when you pay this much for png seller should give you font name in description so you can use file to create another tee for another child's name in future. If seller emails me that I'll change this review removing that comment and moving to 5 star as it subbed perfect but almost $7 a lot for 1 time use png

Thanks! Font is styled using photoshop to create the diamond effect so not something you can recreate unless you have the photoshop style to work with.

It literally says 'leave name, files emailed' in the title. I am not a mind reader, so there is no possible way I can have the files with the child's name on it available immediately after purchase. Even if you don't want a name, that information still needs to be provided. The customer did not contact me and just left this review 3 minutes after purchase, she has since been refunded. As a seller, this is so frustrating. I encourage buyers to read the title and listing details in their entirety and feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

If you are placing a CUSTOM ORDER, digital files will be emailed within 24 hours after payment clears. Please keep in mind I am located on the West coast of Canada, Pacific Standard Time and will not be checking emails between 11pm and 8am during the night. Thank you for your understanding.
All files will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account unless otherwise noted in the notes to seller upon checkout. If you do not receive your files please check your spam / junk folder, otherwise contact me.
All items are digital, if your item is not personalized then you will receive the file automatically as soon as payment clears. If your item requires customizing then you will receive it within 24 hours through email.
