Splendor Bling does not accept cancellation of orders placed, refunds, or exchanges unless an error occurs on its part. Any such product error must be brought to Splendor Bling's attention within 3 days of customer receipt to be eligible for refund or correction.

Shipping costs are also nonrefundable; no signature confirmation is offered unless arranged and paid in advance with shop owner.

Shop items are available as listed in the shop. In some instances, items may be customized with a sufficient MOQ (minimum order quantity). MOQ for custom scarves or flowers is 30 pieces. MOQ for jewelry items is 50 pieces.

Customized orders are not subject to bulk discounts.

Splendor Bling does not offer gift wrapping services.

Splendor Bling does offer expedited shipping in the following circumstances:

1. The requested item and quantity shows available and in stock.
2. Rush My Order processing is added to the order before checkout.
3. Expedited shipping service is added to the order at checkout.

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery.

Purchasing expedited shipping only means that the item will processed according to the published schedule and will be shipped via expedited delivery.

Purchasing Rush My Order processing only means that the item will be processed ahead of other order but it will be shipped via regular delivery.

BOTH are necessary depending on delivery date needed.

Splendor Bling offers a standard bulk discount of 10% off same item quantities of 25 or more and 15% off same item quantities of 50 or more.

Bulk orders also receive free standard shipping to a single address.

Customized items and orders are not subject to bulk discounts.
