How much will shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is now free!
How long does it take to process my order?
Items will be processed and shipped within a week, more often sooner than that. However, being a one-woman operation with a brick and mortar, Etsy and depop shops, and year old twins, sometimes it takes that full week! Thanks for your understanding.
Will this fit me?
I don't know! Detailed measurements for every item are included in the listing details, as well as a modern size estimate using mass-market size charts like the Gap, Torrid, Men's Warehouse, etc. Comparing the measurements with items you already own will give you the best fit approximation.
Do you take returns?
We do not take returns but have just started to take exchanges! However, if you feel something was egregiously misrepresented, please contact the shop.
What quality of vintage will my item be?
It varies, but is always, always noted in the listing. Please remember that you are shopping vintage. Most items have been previously worn and loved. Condition is based on noticed flaws or imperfections, though minor issues may be present that were inadvertently overlooked. Review the pictures for additional details. Condition description is not considered a warranty. If you have questions about the condition of a specific item, please do not hesitate to ask!
How do you store your vintage?
Items are either hung in covered wardrobes or folded in containers for storage,or kept in the brick and mortar location in Providence, RI. Both are pet and smoke free, temperature controlled environments.
How have items been cleaned?
All items will arrive clean and ready to wear. A variety of cleaning methods are used - dry cleaning, hand laundering, machine laundering, or steam cleaning, depending on the garment. Some items may only be spot cleaned.
