All our orders are processed 1-2 days after your order has been placed, and shipped out from our Vancouver studio Monday-Friday with exceptions of Holidays.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All our jewelry is delicate and handmade so please wear it with care. To prolong the life of your jewelry:
- Avoid wearing it while exercising, bathing, and in the pool/spa.
- Avoid contact with water and lotions. Keep pieces dry.
- Should be the last thing you put on when getting ready for the day and the first thing you take off at night.
- We recommend taking it off while sleeping.
Sterling Silver and fashion jewelry oxidize with contact to air, so it’s important to seal it when not wearing it, hence why we provide little airtight baggies.

ALLERGIES - WHAT ARE YOUR EARRING POSTS MADE FROM?
All our earrings is lead and nickel free. Some ear allergies vary but all our earrings back needles are made with high quality 92.5 STERLING SILVER and plated with your choice of finish (Rhodium, 16k Gold, or Rose Gold).
ARE YOUR EARRINGS SOLD IN PAIRS?
All our earrings are sold in PAIRS as shown in the item's description & photos. Ear Cuff's are sold individually.
CUSTOM ORDERS / Custom Ring Sizes
At this moment, we do not do custom ring sizes or custom orders as we are busy working on our next collection. With enough requests of a certain ring style/size we may decide to offer it but unfortunately at this time we don't provide low quantity custom orders.

GOLD PLATED JEWELRY
All our jewelry is handmade with high-quality materials. As our pieces are not solid gold, they are plated with a thick layer of Gold/Rose Gold/Rhodium, and can tarnish depending on customer care, environmental conditions/lifestyle, and your skin's natural acidity levels.
STERLING SILVER
Sterling Silver pieces are plated with a layer of Rhodium for shine and protection. Sterling Silver can oxidize with contact to air, so it is best to store it in an air-tight baggie when not being worn.
WEAR & CARE
To prolong the life of your jewelry it's best not to wear it while sleeping, exercising, bathing, in pools/spas, and avoid contact with water and lotions.
