Please note that the standard shipping option does NOT include tracking info but there is an option to upgrade shipping at checkout.
Unless shipping was upgraded to include tracking info, presumably lost or late orders will not be replaced until 21 business days (30 business days for international) after the original shipping date.
I realize this may be frustrating but unfortunately due to rising costs I can not replace every single order because "it's taking too long."
I truly appreciate the support and will always do my best to help resolve any issues should they come up!
