Welcome to our shop! We are committed to creating high-quality personalized party favors and providing excellent customer service. Please read our shop policies carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All personalized orders are handmade and made to order.

* Standard processing time is approximately 4 business days.
* During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
* Orders are processed in the order they are received.

If you need your order sooner, please purchase our Priority Processing / Rush Order upgrade when available.

Shipping Policy

* Standard shipping typically takes 4–8 business days after processing, depending on the destination and carrier delays.
* Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Personalized Orders

* Please include all personalization details exactly as you would like them written.
* We copy and paste the information provided by the customer, so please review spelling, dates, and names carefully.
* If we have questions about your order, we will contact you through Etsy messages.

For some custom orders, we may send a preview photo before shipping.
If a response is not received within 10 hours, we will proceed with production and ship the order as shown in the preview.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because all items are personalized and made specifically for each customer:

* We do not accept returns or exchanges.
* Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
* Refunds are not available for personalized items after the order has been processed or shipped.

However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Since our items are handmade and customized, slight variations may occur and make each piece unique.

Safety Information

* Adult supervision is recommended during use.
* Some items may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old.

We usually respond to messages within 24 hours.
