¡Hola! Somos James y Angel, una pareja muy divertida que vive en Houston, Texas. Nos ha fascinado el mundo natural toda la vida y ambos nos hemos dedicado a transmitir conocimientos a las nuevas generaciones a través del cuidado infantil profesional, la educación y la divulgación pública. Stone and Strata se fundó para impulsar nuestro objetivo de crear un museo de gemología e historia natural de fácil acceso. Coleccionamos muestras de minerales y fósiles de interés tanto visual como académico, y utilizamos los ingresos de la venta de algunas de ellas para ampliar nuestra colección y trabajar en la apertura de un museo donde exhibirla.
Hello! We are James and Angel - a very silly couple living in Houston, Texas. We have been fascinated by the natural world for our entire lives, and have both been heavily involved in passing along knowledge to younger generations through professional childcare, education, and public outreach efforts. Stone and Strata was founded to further our goal of establishing a widely accessible gemological and natural history museum. We accumulate mineral and fossil samples of both visual and academic interest, and use proceeds from selling some of the samples to expand our collection and work towards opening a museum to display the collection in.
