PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING ANY ITEMS:
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand business, we do NOT refund any items once purchased. If the items arrive damaged, we are more than happy to replace the item at no additional cost.
Once the items are printed and shipped, we cannot do anything to change your address, and you will will be be charged for any re-shipment. Please make sure you type in a complete and correct address (complete with the unit number, postal code and buzzer code if required).
We are not responsible for any duty fees or customs charges.
Our prints and products are printed/manufactured, packaged and shipped from USA, Canada, Australia, and some European countries. All art work is designed and created by Studio 324 in Toronto, Canada. We cannot guarantee printing or shipment from any one location and is dependent on the shipping queue.
Please note that we do not process any orders over the weekend or stat holidays. While we do receive your orders, the processing/printing does not begin till the following business day.

Gift wrapping and packaging
We do NOT offer gift wrapping. Even if an item is marked as a gift, we do not offer gift wrapping or the addition of personal notes and/or cards.

Print Packaging

To give the maximum protection to your order, we package very carefully:
Small prints: 5x7
4-ply cardstock as a firm backing board for the print in a plastic sleeve, and mailer/envelope
Larger prints:
Prints 8" x 10" and larger are carefully rolled, and then put into a sturdy craft tube.
Product Packaging

Products: Box or Thick Wrapping
Mugs and pillows are packaged either in a box or a well cushioned wrap to prevent wear and tear.

Sizing details
How Big Are The Actual Prints?

All prints for sale are noted in inches. You will get the exact poster size as mentioned in the listing. There is no white border and the prints go to the edge of the poster. We unfortunately do not offer International Paper Size (A4,A3,A2,etc.) sized prints.
Custom and personalised orders
Where are the Prints Made?
------------------------
All prints are designed by Studio 324 in Toronto, Canada. However, to ensure low pricing for our customers, we use third party printers, manufacturers and shippers that are in the USA and Europe. While we are a Canadian based design studio, we use printers from outside of Canada.
