What happens when my order is not delivered?
Orders placed in my shop are always shipped standard without a tracking number and if possible through the mailbox. There are some exceptions to this rule and in these cases I have made this clear in the description of the specific listing.
Packages that are shipped with standard shipping have no tracking number. In this case, when a package is lost, I can't tell you where the package is and I'm afraid I can't help you further. As I cannot be responsible for the delivery services all over the world.
However, I always offer an upgrade in shipping. If you have chosen to purchase this option, I will give you a tracking number once the package is dispatched. When the package is lost in this case, I will send you a replacement.
