Where can I download my purchased files?
Instant delivery! Your purchased files are available automatically once payment has cleared at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases.

If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find this email - and please send me a convo if you're still unable to locate it.
Please note that the Etsy app on your mobile or tablet devices does not allow download functionality. You can still download your files to your device, though, by opening up your Etsy account in your device's internet BROWSER and navigating to You > Purchase and Reviews.
Custom and personalized orders
Your custom orders will be sent via email within 24 hours (usually the same day of purchase).
Can I have a different size not listed?
Yes of course! The easiest way is for you to purchase the print you want and in the notes to seller section, add the size you would like and I will send you the file via email within 24 hours. Did I mention? It is at no extra cost to you!
How can I print the artwork?
There are 3 quick ways to print your files:
1. Print from home
2. Upload your files to an online shop - like mpix.com or shutterfly.com
3. Email your files to a local print store - like Staples, Costco, or Target
You can try doing a quick google search for "online printing" and see which options are available in your area.
What paper should I use?
I recommend a high quality cardstock paper with the following characteristics:
- Ultra-white
- Ultra thick
- Matte
Most printing places have this type of paper.
If you do not love your artwork, get a full refund anytime.
If you do not absolutely love your printable art, let me know why and I will either fix it asap or fully refund you. Simply get in touch with me at any time.
How do I leave a review?
You can leave a review after you have purchased a product. You can leave me a review here http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
Terms of use
You CAN:
1. Print printable files for personal use.
2. Give away a print out as a gift for friend.
3. Printed versions of printables can be displayed in your home, office, or school classroom.
You CANNOT:
1. Share the file with anyone via email, USB, or any other means unless this is part of your online printing process
2. Sell the printable file or printouts of the file to anyone else
3. Use the printable file or printouts in a giveaway without permission
4. Edit, manipulate, or use the printable file on products for sale.
5. Use printable files for ANY commercial use.
