About

SwankyPhotographic, new shooter in town

How did it start, how does it work. Two good questions that I have no idea how to answer. Well the getting started bit. Currently a slow time in my working year. A professional shooter for many years. Too many to think about. Was pondering what to do with the miles of images piled in files, on hard drives. Seemed to be a grand place to start. With luck can turn some of them into gas money for my motorbike trips. Many images are found on these trips, and cannot wait until the next one. That is pretty much how it started.
How does it work? No idea. I am bumbling along here, and hope I can keep it interesting for any that might want to hook up to my wagon.
That is pretty much it. Nothing to report, no epiphany or anything like that. Just an idea of how to share years of images.
Thanks for looking, look forward to a"convo'. Think a new word I saw here. Guess it means we will talk. Hope it is not some foul thing to say to someone you need to get rid of. Guess I will find out.
Cheers for now, and happy trails.

Alot of the stories and images come from here. www.crackof10.com

The Store. A collection of images printed in card format, at a reasonable price to share. A wide array of images, hopefully with random styles. Plenty of unique, expressive images, that should fit almost any mood, or occasion. Have fun, be surprised.

Thanks for visiting the site. I hope you enjoy the imagery as much as I do in making it.
All images are as perfect as I could make them. Some are off centre in the card, on purpose. I like it that way.
I will make any size you like, of course would have to quote on any wishes you might have.
Materials are professional quality, archival as is available at the time. About a hundred years and more. Shown in proper conditions of course.
Images are professionally printed on the card not pasted on.

You don't like it, it is damaged, send me a photograph of the damaged print, I will replace it. If you don't like it. Cut it into four pieces, send me a photo and I will refund your money.
Payment
Currently new here, so don't know at the moment how all this works. Will figure this out as we go along.
Shipping
Shipping is in envelope to your posted address. Cards are small enough to be shipped reasonably as a single unit. If you buy more, I will ship as economical and safe as possible. We may need to convo on this one.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will gladly make any sizes you require, and quote the price before hand. There should be no surprises. I would supply canvas prints, though I don't really like them, and I don't do them myself. I would have to ship them out to be done, and don't like to do that. I get it, the canvas thing, but prefer the quality of paper, feel and look of paper. I use very heavy professional archival paper. Yes it has to be framed, which is an extra cost. That is the art aspect I guess. I think canvas has had its day, and time to get back to a real quality personal image.
