4 out of 5 starsI'd really give this box a 4.5, but that's not possible. My boyfriend absolutely loves this box and was so excited to open it. The only issue I had was his name and the way it was engraved. It looked like SK ID rather than Skid due to the spacing. But, he was still overjoyed with it!!!

Custom and personalized orders
I welcome custom orders. I love new ideas. If it is within the realm of my shop theme, then it should be no problem. Please understand though, that I need extra time for custom requests. I usually need a minimum of 3 weeks, as I also have a full time job. Thanks you for understanding!
Does shipping come with tracking?
I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for my customers. I include tracking with most packages, if they are going to customers in Canada, or a reasonable distance to US Cities.
I do NOT offer tracking for places such as Europe, the United Kingdom, or Australia, as it is VERY expensive to ship to. Shipping times can range anywhere from 6-8 weeks, sometimes longer due to COVID-19. So please keep that in mind when ordering.
If you wish to upgrade your shipping for a cost, please feel free to message me, and we can work out a price.

All my listings include descriptions of size.
Do you use molds?
No. Everything is hand sculpted and one of a kind.
Where do you ship?
I ship anywhere in the World. I calculate all my shipping costs as closely as possible. Using a scale and sizing app from my post office.
How long does it take to make custom orders?
Depending on complexity, I try to keep it within 2-3wks. All items are made to order, with a lot of detail, and I AM a one man show, so please be patient. If you harass me, I will refund you.
What if my item doesn't come, or it says "delivered" but I didn't receive it?
I always have faith that the mail system is pretty good. But sometimes things happen. That's why I try to include tracking with everything I ship. However, if something says delivered but you didn't receive it, I'll do my best to investigate what happened, and make sure we come to a solution. But I can not be held liable if it's showing me that it's been received at the shipping address.
What if my item is lost or damaged?
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, should anything need to be returned or refunded. Meaning, if an order goes missing, or does not get delivered, I will reimburse the cost of the item ONLY. However, if something needs to be exchanged, for example if something was damaged in transport, or a wrong item was sent, I will cover the cost of the return.
What if I receive my item, and it doesn't look like the picture?
The pieces you see in pictures may vary slightly from what you receive. You have to take into account that colors in pics look different when viewed on different devices. And because of the nature of the hand made item, no two pieces will ever look identical. I keep my designs as close as possible, and I use the same stencils, but again, especially with the burned boxes, images will always vary, and hardware will always vary. If you are not happy with an item, let me know within 7 days of delivery.
If I don't like the item that I receive, can I return it?
It's unfortunate that you may not like the piece that you receive,
as I always strive to send out quality pieces. But sometimes things happen, and you change your mind when you see a piece in person. You are more than welcome to return it to me, in the same condition that you received it, & I will reimburse you the cost of the item ONLY. All shipping costs will be at your own expense, and they will not be reimbursed.
