Madeline was great to work with, made the order earlier than stated, and included detailed accessories and clothes to really personalize the image. I would definitely recommend!

Will you accept custom and personalized orders?
Yes, I accept custom and personalized orders. If you do not see a listing that will suit your needs, please feel free to message my shop. I will be happy to work with you and meet your creative vision!
Can I refund/return/cancel my digital download order?
No. In order to complete a digital download purchase, I require all buyers to read a notice reminding them no physical item will be sent and that no refunds will be permitted. This notice requires the buyer to type “Yes” as a sign of understanding. Once purchased, your digital items are immediately in your possession and unable to be fully “returned”. Should you encounter a problem with the product itself, please reach out to me directly for a resolution.
My order was delayed/cancelled. What happened?
My custom orders need reliable communication to complete within the estimated time frame. If you haven’t provided timely responses to all requests for details, reference images, and/or approval of the preliminary sketch(es), your order will not be completed within the estimated time frame. Orders without any communication from the buyer within the first 3 business days of purchase may be cancelled. To avoid this, keep an eye on your Etsy messages and/or your provided email address.
