What types of products do you sell?
Our shop offers a mix of print-on-demand physical products (printed items, personalized and digital SVG files for crafting and design projects. Please check each listing to see whether the item is a. physical product or a digital download.
Are SVG files physical products?
No. SVG files are digital downloads only. No physical product will be shipped. After purchase, Etsy will provide an instant download so you can access your files right away.
How do I download my digital files?
After purchasing, your files will be available in Etsy → Your Account → Purchases & Reviews. From there you can download them anytime. If you have any trouble accessing your files, please message us and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I use your SVG files for commercial use?
Yes, you may use our SVG designs for personal projects and small business use on physical products. However, the digital files themselves may not be resold, shared, or redistributed in any format.
How are your designs printed on physical products?
Our designs are printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing where water-based inks are applied directly into the fabric. This produces a soft feel and a high-quality design that won’t crack or peel like vinyl prints. And sublimation printing, which is a heat printing process where the ink is infused into the material instead of sitting on top of it. This creates a smooth, vibrant design that won’t crack or peel over time.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within about 10 business days, which includes 3–4 days for production and 6–7 days for shipping. Please check individual listings for more accurate delivery estimates.
Will my items arrive in the same package?
Sometimes items are produced at different facilities, so orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order and digital files are instant downloads, we generally cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will work quickly to resolve the issue.
