Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognized worldwide as the definitive standard for the manufacture of textiles made from bio-fibers. It sets strict environmental criteria across the entire supply chain of organic textiles, including a restriction on the use of chemical substances and the requirement to comply with social criteria.

FAIR WEAR FOUNDATION

FAIR WEAR FOUNDATION (FWF) is an independent non-profit organization, that works with companies and factories to improve the working conditions for textile and apparel workers. FWF tracks the progress that companies have made and helps them increase the effectiveness of the companies' efforts by sharing knowledge, social dialogue and strengthening industrial relations.

SA8000

SA8000 is based on the principles of international human rights law. This seal measures the performance of companies in eight key areas: child labor, forced labor, health and safety, trade union formation, discrimination, physical and psychological punishment, working hours and pay.

OCS 100

The Standard OCS 100 keeps track of the purchase, handling and use of 100% certified organic cotton fibers in yarns, fabrics and finished products. This is done by using transaction certificates for factories that do not yet meet the GOTS standard.

The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is a globally standardized testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediates and end products of all processing stages. WRAP is an independent American organization dedicated to improving working conditions in garment factories. The WRAP standards include, inter alia, the prohibition of forced and child labor, prohibition of harassment or abuse, payment of statutory minimum wages, including social benefits, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.
