Shipping and Combine Shipment
We can ship worldwide thru Hong Kong Post Office (no option for other couriers), If your country is not on the list, please contact us for the quote. And if you have multiple items in your basket, shipping costs may look very high; I will try to combine shipment of those items to save postage for you.
Customs Fees
The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs. We won't adjust the value of the items on the Custom Declaration Form.
Returned Parcel
If the parcel is returned because of the incorrect address, incomplete address, or if the receiver / customs refuses to accept the package, the buyer should be responsible for the re-post shipping cost and any loss of the return parcel.
Claims and Dispute
Once the parcel is delivered, we recommend the buyer to unpack and check the item thoroughly to ensure that it is as of the product description. If the buyer has any doubt, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will try to clarify the issues and discuss the best way to handle. Otherwise, buyers are deemed to have accepted the items and we reserve the right to refuse claims.
