5 out of 5 starsI love the necklace, however there was an issue with the packaging. When I opened the bag, the necklace was all twisted in a ball. One of the tiny chains broke while I detangled the necklace. I was able to fix it. A suggestion for future shipments is to place the necklace laying flat on a piece of cardboard and use twist ties to secure it from tangling.
