The Beader Chef, TBC, is a food blog that was started in the summer of 2016. I started it as a way to explore some of my other interests after completing my bachelors degree in biochemistry. Now as a research scientist at the start of my career, I experiment in the kitchen for TBC and create jewellery for TBC handmade in my spare time. Basically, my life is all about experimenting: experimenting at the lab, in the kitchen, and at the jewellery bench!
