You do NOT have to pay to download or print your files yourself!

If you want your files professionally printed by Canva and shipped to you that is a paid service offered by Canva. If you click the "Print" button in Canva this option will come up requesting payment.

You can download the files onto your computer from Canva for FREE using the arrow button next to the "Print" button in Canva to download and print them on your own printer!

You only need to purchase 1 customization add on for your whole order! Be sure to select the correct add on for your customization needs. Simple logo and color change only require the "Add Your Logo and Brand Colors" add on. Image changes, language changes, or font changes require the purchase of the "Large Scale Customization" add on.

You can find your downloadable files in two places. One is in your email inbox (the email you used to make the purchase). Be sure to check your junk mail as sometimes emails from Etsy land there. The other place is in the "My Purchases" section of your Etsy account.

Absolutely you can! Please be aware that your customization request will be placed at the bottom of the queue once you send me your logo/colors should you choose to delay customization.

All contracts and forms within my shop have been looked over "informally" by a lawyer and other business mentors.

That said, it is your responsibility to be aware of the laws in your area pertaining to small business. Part of the reason they are editable is so that you can add any protections or other clauses you feel you might need based on your unique business.

**Doulas are NOT a regulated profession and have no governing body to protect them. I STRONGLY encourage each and every birth worker to seek liability insurance for their business as a contract will NOT protect you or your business in that sense.**

All the handouts, contracts, forms, and manuals have been created to be as generic as possible. The information within them is evidence-based as per ACOG, CCOG, WHO, and other universal sources. Some of the policies and procedures highlighted in documents like the Prenatal Education Manual may differ from state to state and country to country. Should you come across anything that does not apply or differs in our area, I can make those changes for you at no extra charge.

You may use the files as part of the education you provide to your own clients within your own practice. You may print them as many times as you like for personal use and/or use within your business.

You may NOT sell any of these documents on your website or anywhere else.

You may NOT include any of these documents in your service packages at a premium. For example: Including the Prenatal Education Manual in one package for $20 extra.

You may NOT use any of these documents as social media posts.

You may NOT use any of these documents as freebies in your marketing practices/strategies.
