Can you make a physical print available as a printable download?
Most likely, yes! If you see a design available as a print and you are outside of my available shipping area, send me a message. I can make a listing for a printable download available to you. You can then have the file printed at your local print shop.
What happens if an item is damaged or lost during shipping?
It is rare that an item is damaged. However, I do ship all items with insurance via Canada Post. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, there are two options the buyer can take:
1) Open a claim with Etsy's Purchase Protection program for a refund (the refund is then at the discretion of Etsy)
OR
2) Contact me to submit an insurance claim to the shipping company. Note: It is the policy of Canada Post that they must be able to speak with both parties (buyer and seller) regarding damaged items. You must be available to be contacted by them to verify the item was damaged. Once they have gotten into contact with you to confirm the damage, I will ship out a replacement item.
Pictures must also be taken of the damage.
