Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

*** I do my best to make sure your order reaches you safely and wrap items and package them carefully, however I can't be held accountable for damage or loss once the package leaves my hands.

If an item is damaged in transit on its way to you please let me know and we can work together to resolve it and get to the bottom of things. These things happen from time to time so please send me a message and we can get everything straightened out :)

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I will return the cost of goods paid once I have received the item back in good condition. Please contact prior to shipping to receive a return address. **Return shipping will not be returned to the buyer**

If you want to exchange an item, the customer is responsible for the additional return shipping for another item. I do not accept returns on the oils as they are personal in nature and cannot be returned once opened. I do not accept returns on the candles as well as they are a custom item.

If an item is damaged by the buyer, this is the responsibility of the buyer. Crystals and gemstones are fragile, and need to be handled delicately.

We return overages in shipping when applicable. In the event the shipping amount quoted does not cover your order (eg: heavy item or foreign destination) you will be notified of the amount owing prior to shipment. This must be paid prior to shipment.

Your order may be subject to duty depending on the country you live in. I have no control over this as it is dictated by the country from which you order, and is the responsibility of the buyer. If your package is sent back to me because of not being claimed by the buyer, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for additional shipping to resend.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: I can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you provide me with an incorrect address, I do not refund unless it is returned to me at which point I refund item price only

If a tracked package is marked delivered by the shipping company and has not been received by the buyer, the buyer needs to contact their local postal outlets and make a claim due to theft.

COVID DELAYS: Due to increase processing times at the border (I am shipping from Canada) and postal depots, some items are taking well over a month to arrive in other countries. Please refer to the tracking number provided to check if it is still in transit. Normally items have been taking a few weeks, but this can change. Please contact me if it has been an unreasonable amount of time and we can work together for a resolution :) If you need to have something faster, please upgrade your shipping to express.
Sometimes shipping can take a few weeks as it needs to come from Canada. And during the holidays because the post is VERY busy, it may take a little longer. So don't be worried. Please let me know by message if it is taking extra long and we'll work to resolve it :)

Shipping will also take longer on long weekends and holidays and due to Covid changes. If you are not in the continental US or ordering from overseas, packages can take 15-21 business days. If you need express shipping, please let me know and I can make arrangements to update the shipping to whichever you wish to purchase. If you need to have a tracking number on your package, please contact me as soon as you order and I can adjust the shipping.

For Christmas delivery, please make sure all orders are placed by November 15 or please email me for quicker shipping methods

Not responsible for stolen packages from front doors. If packages are not received, they will be shipped back to sender (me) and then I can refund or resend as needed. If a package is marked as delivered and not received, please contact your local post office to inquire about delivery

Please contact me for express shipping upgrades. Tracking is automatically included within Canada & USA orders but if you need it elsewhere, please contact and I can contact you with upgrade shipping options. For international estimates with tracking, please send me a message.

**I use your email that is provided through Etsy when you purchase something from my store to send out your Crystal eBook guides when you place a stone order. I do not add your email to any newsletter lists or sell them to third-party marketers and I never will. You will never receive further promotions or correspondences from me via this email unless you have opted in to receive emails from my newsletters or courses.**
