Your TheLeatherLabUA accessory is built to last. Follow these steps:
1. General Care
Keep dry. If wet, pat with a soft cloth and air dry naturally. Avoid heaters or hair dryers. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
2. Specific Leathers
Crazy Horse: Rub small scratches with your fingertip—natural oils will help them blend in.
Exotic (Python/Ostrich): Wipe with a dry cloth in the direction of the scales. No chemicals.
3. Cleaning & Conditioning
Clean with a slightly damp cloth. No soaps. Apply a quality leather balm every 4–6 months to keep it supple. Test on a small hidden area first.
Avoid oils, perfumes, and dark denim dye.

Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes! We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that used items or custom orders cannot be returned.
What if the size or model doesn't fit?
Our mistake: If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover all exchange and shipping costs immediately.
Your choice: If you’d like to swap the model or size for a different one, we are happy to make an exchange! In this case, the customer covers the return shipping costs.
