Noi di Logic Forge crediamo nell'incontro tra umanità e design. Il nome vuole evocare la fucina della creazione e della prototipazione tramite stampa 3D di design logico, destinato a interagire con l'umanità, al servizio dei più alti ideali di ciò che l'essere umano rappresenta.
Siamo uno studio di design con sede in Oregon, che si impegna a creare valore all'incrocio tra umanità e design, dando significato alla vita delle persone e migliorandola concretamente.

L'evoluzione del perno di fissaggio con punta diamantata
Ho passato mesi a ossessionarmi su ogni singolo millimetro. I miei progetti iniziali prevedevano l'utilizzo di borchie rotonde e quadrate standard, ma non hanno superato la mia prova logica: o presentavano un alto rischio di rottura sotto pressione, oppure creavano una sporgenza aggressiva nella tasca.
È diventato chiaro: doveva essere un diamante. Progettando un perno per il pollice a forma di diamante angolato, ho creato un cuneo strutturale che cattura la forza del pollice per una "spinta" ad alta coppia senza pungere. Alto appena 1 mm e largo pochi millimetri, è una parte permanente e arrotondata del coperchio, progettata per la resistenza, per non impigliarsi e per non pungere la tasca.
La logica: "Navigazione tattile"
Progettato per la mano, non solo per l'occhio
Noi di The Logic Forge crediamo che la bellezza sia un sottoprodotto della perfetta funzionalità. I nostri case sono progettati per la navigazione tattile:
• Impugnature esagonali: texture a maglia fine che fornisce una "mappa tattile" ad alto attrito, mascherando al contempo le linee degli strati 3D, ovunque sia necessario e in nessun luogo indesiderato.
• Micro-cricchetti da 0,60 mm: meccanismo interno a frizione che permette al coperchio di rimanere esattamente nella posizione desiderata: aperto, chiuso o a metà.
• Punti di riferimento tattili: dal perno a diamante smussato alla base liscia, ogni superficie è un punto di riferimento che consente l'orientamento "senza guardare". Le custodie sono arrotondate per il massimo comfort della mano e le parti che premono sul palmo sono lisce. Un equilibrio perfetto tra presa e morbidezza.
• Resistenza e leggerezza. Le pareti da 3 mm e 2 mm, con riempimento Gyroid Infill, offrono una gabbia di sicurezza in grado di resistere a una caduta da 1,8 metri.
Queste sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche standard disponibili su tutte le varianti delle "Cassette per apparecchi acustici".
Specifiche tecniche strutturate:
• Materiale: filamento Polymaker (solo il migliore).
• Geometria interna: Riempimento a nucleo giroidale ad alta densità per l'assorbimento degli urti.
• Durabilità verificata: testato per resistere all'impatto con cemento armato fino a 1,63 m (altezza spalle).
• Compatibilità: Adatto con precisione alle batterie di dimensioni 675 (disponibili a breve), 13, 312 e 10.

The Evolution of the Diamond-Drive Thumb Stud
I spent months obsessing over every single millimeter. My initial designs used standard round and square studs, but they failed my logic test: they either had a high risk of snapping under pressure or created an aggressive "pocket-poke."
It became clear: It had to be a diamond. By engineering an Angled-Diamond Thumb Stud, I created a structural wedge that captures the thumb's force for a high-torque "push" without the jab. At just 1mm high and several mm wide, It is a permanent, filleted part of the lid—built for strength, no snagging, no poking your pocket.
The Logic: "Tactile Navigation"
Designed for the Hand, Not Just the Eye
At The Logic Forge, I believe beauty is a byproduct of perfect function. My cases are built for Tactile Navigation:
• Hexagonal Grips: Fine mesh-like texture that provides a high-friction "tactile map" while masking 3D layer lines, everywhere you need and nowhere you don’t.
• 0.60mm Micro-Ratchets: Internal friction-fit mechanics that allow the lid to stay exactly where you put it—open, shut, or halfway.
• Haptic Landmarks: From the filleted diamond stud to the smooth-bottom base, every surface is a coordinate that allows for "no-look" orientation. The cases are rounded for hand comfort, and parts of the case that press into your palm are smooth. A balance of grip and smoothness.
• Strength and Lightweight. Walls that are 3 mm and 2 mm, with Gyroid Infill, provide a roll cage that survives a 6 foot drop.
These are just some of the standard features available on all variants of the “Hearing Aid Vaults”.
