4 out of 5 starsI wish I could give this product a 5, but I had a small problem with it. The quality of the overall product was great, with an exception of the links that hook on to the pin. They were think links that bend easily, and one of my charms even fell off when I received it. I had to squeeze the link closed, and it almost broke off. Overall the quality is good though.

I needed them to hold on my order a couple days so I could find a better quality digital photo and without hesitation they replied no problem. Once they received it, it took only a couple of days before it was shipped to me. I am so very thankful for them and custom shops as these. Thank you.

4 out of 5 starsThe St Louis Missouri heart shape vintage map necklace matched my expectations and wife was very happy with it. My wife wishes the connecting pieces for the chain would be easier to connect. Each time she wears it, she will need my help to close the connecting pieces.
