User Agreement & Licensing Policy
Effective 2026
By purchasing any digital product from The OSHC Studio, you agree to the following licensing terms.

1. Licence Type
All resources sold by The OSHC Studio are licensed under a Single-Service Licence.

Purchase grants:
• A non-transferable
• Non-exclusive
• Single-site licence
For use within one (1) OSHC service location only.
This licence permits internal implementation within the purchasing service only.

2. Permitted Use
You may:
• Download and store the resource for internal use
• Edit templates to suit your service context
• Print copies for use within your licensed service
• Share internally with educators employed at the licensed site
All use must remain within the original purchasing service.

3. Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
• Share with other services, companies, coordinators, consultants, or organisations
• Upload to shared drives accessible outside your licensed service
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or gift the files
• Edit and resell in part or full
• Convert into another format for distribution
• Include within training packages, courses, memberships, or commercial products
• Claim the templates as your own work
Purchasing one copy does not permit multi-site or organisational use.
If you operate multiple services, please contact us via email.

4. Intellectual Property
All resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of The OSHC Studio.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of:
• Content
• Language
• Structure
• Design
• Layout
• Branding
• Educational frameworks
• Intellectual property
These materials are protected under Australian copyright law and international copyright conventions.

5. Adaptation Policy
Templates may be adapted for internal professional implementation within your licensed service.
However:
Adapted versions may not be shared, distributed, or commercially used outside the purchasing site.
Modification does not transfer ownership.

6. Copyright & Enforcement
Unauthorised duplication, distribution, or commercial use constitutes copyright infringement.
The OSHC Studio reserves the right to:
• Revoke access
• Pursue formal copyright enforcement
• Seek legal remedies where applicable

7. Digital Product Disclaimer
All products are digital downloads only.

Due to the nature of digital products:
• No refunds
• No returns
• No exchanges
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

8. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing and downloading any resource from The OSHC Studio, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.
