Hallo und willkommen bei The Red Oak Forge.
Ich bin "Red Oak" und schmiede von Hand Gegenstände für den Alltag. Ich genieße es, Dinge zu machen, die nützlich sind, sei es eine Dinner-Glocke, um Leute zum Abendessen zu rufen, oder die Werkzeuge, die man braucht, um es auf den Tisch zu bringen.
Es ist uns wichtig, Produkte zu schaffen, die praktisch und schön sind. Jedes Stück wird aus hochwertigem Eisen und Stahl handgefertigt und ist auf Langlebigkeit ausgelegt. Unsere Bearbeitungszeiten im Shop können bis zu 2 Wochen dauern, liegen aber im Allgemeinen im Durchschnitt bei 5-6 Tagen.
ÜBER DEN NAMEN "RED OAK", UNSERE FAMILIE & DAS UNTERNEHMEN
Ich bin ein Geschichtsliebhaber und langjähriger Freiwilliger bei Royal Rangers und F.C.F. (Frontiersmen Camping Fellowship).
Nach dem Beitritt zu F.C.F. erhält jedes Mitglied einen Namen und wird ermutigt, einen Beruf zu erlernen. "Rot" ist eine Anspielung auf meine Haarfarbe, und ich wählte "Oak" für seine nützlichen Eigenschaften, sowie meine Liebe zum Camping und zur Natur.
Hier habe ich mich in das Schmieden verliebt. Später besuchte ich die New England School of Metalworking und wurde Mitglied der New England Blacksmith Society.
Wir sind ein Familienunternehmen. Nach Gott ist unsere Familie am wichtigsten. Meine Frau und ich haben zwei wunderschöne Töchter und unseren Sohn, den wir über Children's Hope International adoptiert haben.
Wir denken, dass das Beste daran, ein Unternehmen zu haben, darin besteht, etwas zurückzugeben. So geht ein Teil jedes Kaufs von The Red Oak Forge an Organisationen wie Children's Hope International.

I'm "Red Oak" and I hand forge items for everyday life. I enjoy making things that are useful, whether it's a dinner bell for calling people into supper or the tools you need to bring it to the table.
It's important to us to create products that are practical and beautiful. Each piece is handcrafted from quality iron and steel and is built to last. Our processing times in the shop can take up to 2 weeks but generally average around 5-6 days.
ABOUT THE NAME "RED OAK", OUR FAMILY & THE COMPANY
I'm a history lover and long-time volunteer in Royal Rangers and F.C.F. (Frontiersmen Camping Fellowship).
Upon joining F.C.F. each member is given a name and encouraged to learn a trade. "Red" is a nod to my hair color, and I chose "Oak" for its useful properties, as well as my love of camping and the outdoors.
It was here I fell in love with forging. Later I attended the New England School of Metalworking and became a member of the New England Blacksmith Society.
We're a family company. After God, our family is most important. My wife and I have two beautiful daughters and our son whom we adopted through Children's Hope International.
We think the very best part of having a company is giving back. So a portion of every purchase from The Red Oak Forge goes to organizations like Children's Hope International.
