The view from my kitchen
I love Stavangerflint and Figgjo in particular.
We have long winters, but great for skis.
This is my daughter in our kitchen from Ikea.
My favourite glasses. They are just perfect for Gin Tonic, the Tssaikka glasses from Iittala.

My plates obsession turned Etsy shop

I am a vintage lover, especially of Mid Century Modern Scandinavian design. I live in Northern Norway, and we have the past right here with us. This is the place to live for finding lovely items to share with the rest of the vintage loving community. Even if it's far away.

My weakness is plates. I love finding beautiful Scandinavian Mid Century Modern porcelain. I always bring it home, and usually it ends up here in my shop. My heart always beats faster when I see a creamer from Figgjo Flint, a side plate from Stavangerflint, a Royal Copenhagen plaque or a teapot from Rörstrand of Sweden. And let's not forget Arabia Finland. I think they are pretty and the best of Scandinavian design from the past. For me new is just not the thing. I don't have one new plate in my kitchen cupboard, but I can't have them all there. I have to share the love too.

I live with my partner and our three small daughters. And all those plates in the cupboard.
