I am sorry to disagree, but the customer ordered on May 16 and it was shipped on May 18th. It went with standard shipping. I shipped it out quickly, but there were two holidays right then both in Canada one week and the USA the next. Add to that customs inspection, that it had to travel from one side of the country to the other (Nova Scotia to Oregon) and that we are in a global pandemic where post offices have half the staff and three times the mail. My hands were tied. This was all explained, but the customer chose to post a poor review. The circumstances were completely out of my control. I am very saddened by this, as I try to do my best for everyone.

He is just angry because he didn't read the description. He was also upset regarding the delivery timeframe even though he gave an incomplete address. I immediately contacted him when I heard from UPS/Purolator that they couldn't deliver his order. I tried to reason with him and I offered a full refund, but he refused. I don't know what else I can do. I am upset that he is angry, but I tried my best to rectify things to no avail. He would rather bad-mouth me here in public and call me names and insinuate that I am a horrible person.
