Help my decal isn't sticking to the transfer tape!

Make sure tape is in place, then rub down on the vinyl with your hands or a squeegee like item (such as a credit card) or your fingers to help it stick to the tape. Once it's stuck to the tape, remove backing and apply to your project area.

Help! My decal is stuck to the tape! (Won't apply to my surface)

Brandish decal to the application surface, being sure to rub down hard on the vinyl, remove tape slowly, making sure all vinyl is in place. Repeat as needed. If your decal does not appear to be sticking to the surface, even after rubbing it in place, you can use a hair dryer (not a heat gun) to slightly heat the vinyl for better adhesion. If your decal just refuses to come lose of the tape and you end up with a sticky mess, please send me a message and I will do what I can to help, as well as send a replacement if needed.

Since many of the stickers I sell are very delicate, the application can take a lot of patience to apply them. Go SLOW, keep trying and repeating the steps above and I promise it will work!

There's a typo in my personalized item and/or you spelled my name wrong.

Contact me! Each decal is typed into a separate vinyl program to be cut. Though I do try my very best to make sure there are no typo's, occasionally a mistake will be made. If this is the case, a new decal with the correct spelling will be shipped to you at no cost. Please note, I go by the spelling left in the note to seller section at checkout, if you spell it wrong or leave your monogram in the wrong order, I have no way of knowing this and your decal will be spelled the way you tell me.

My decal is cut wrong!

All decals are cut to be placed on the front of an object unless requested otherwise. Car decals are made to go on the outside of your window - not the inside - as many vehicles have tinted windows and decals would not be visible from inside a tinted window. Heated defroster strips located on many newer vehicles will also damage vinyl placed inside the window. If you would like a decal made in reverse to go on the inside (of a photo frame, window, etc) please let me know when you order so I know to make it in reverse for you. Replacements will not be issued for decals cut to go on the front if you do not tell me differently at the time of your order. Customization requests should be noted in the notes area at checkout so that it appears on


Unfortunately, I do not offer returns or refunds on any products unless error took place prior to shipment. IF your order is damaged in transit, please contact me for a replacement and photo proof of damage within 24hrs of receipt.

Please note that due to COVID-19 absolutely no shipping times are guaranteed for either basic shipping or express to anywhere in the world. Please also note that due to the Canadian post office not operating on most weekends or holidays, all shipping (even expedited) will be delayed if an order is placed close to, or on a Canadian holiday. Once a package has left my hands and been dropped off at the post office, shipping times are out of my control. If you are experiencing shipping times that seem unfair to you, please contact me and I may be able to provide a solution!
